About the Role This role involves working in well-maintained homes where attention to detail and pride in your work truly matter. You’ll be part of a small, friendly team who support one another while delivering a consistently high standard of service. Some days you’ll work alongside a team member, and other times you may complete jobs independently once fully trained. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating calm, immaculate environments and values working with a respectful and positive team. Key Responsibilities • Provide detailed care and cleaning of residential homes and occasional light commercial spaces • Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail • Use our supplied organic, non-toxic products and established cleaning systems • Respectfully care for clients’ homes, belongings, and spaces • Communicate clearly with the team regarding schedules and client needs • Work collaboratively with team members on shared cleans when required What We're Looking For • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle • Previous professional cleaning experience (2 years preferred) • Experience in residential cleaning (luxury homes an advantage) • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work • Reliability and good time management • Friendly, positive attitude and professionalism in clients' homes • Interest in wellness, sustainability, and organic living • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Physically fit and comfortable with active cleaning work • Valid Australian work rights What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay • Fuel allowance • Flexible working hours • Supportive, respectful team culture • Opportunity to grow with a small, values-led business • Working in beautiful homes with a positive client base • A role that aligns with sustainability and wellness values Interested in Joining Us?
